The rates for statutory maternity pay, shared parental pay , paternity pay, parental bereavement pay, and adoption pay will all increase in April 2025 to £187.18 a week.
Statutory sick pay also goes up to £118.75 a week and the Earnings threshold (lower earnings limit) will be £125.00
